The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all guest-facing operations, ensuring that every aspect of a guest’s stay is seamless, memorable, and exceeds expectations. This includes managing complex requests, coordinating with lodge departments, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalised service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their needs
  


• Manage and coordinate guest activities, special requests, and unique experiences
  


• Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and high-profile visitors
  


• Mentor and guide junior concierge staff, ensuring consistent service excellence
  


• Collaborate with lodge management and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  


• Maintain meticulous records and schedules to guarantee seamless service delivery
  


• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and hospitality
  

Requirements:

• Strong experience in luxury hospitality environments
  


• Proven background in senior guest-facing or concierge roles
