Senior Product Owner (Retail / Logistics)

An exciting
opportunity is available for an experienced Lead Product Owner to lead
the delivery of innovative digital commerce solutions within a fast-paced Agile
environment. This role is responsible for defining product vision, driving
product strategy, managing multiple complex products, and ensuring the
successful delivery of customer-centric digital experiences.

Working closely
with business stakeholders, architects, designers, developers, and Agile teams,
you will translate business objectives into high-value product features while
balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial outcomes.

Key
Responsibilities

• Define,
  own, and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  
• Lead
  solution design for new features while ensuring the best customer experience
  and considering backend impacts.
  
• Facilitate
  requirements gathering workshops and engage stakeholders to define, validate,
  and sign off business requirements.
  
• Create
  and manage the product backlog, ensuring user stories are clearly written with
  detailed acceptance criteria.
  
• Prioritize
  and sequence the backlog to maximize business value and support Agile Program
  Increment (PI) objectives.
  
• Work
  closely with UX/UI designers to ensure delivered solutions align with business
  requirements and customer expectations.
  
• Collaborate
  with architects and technical teams to review solution designs, integrations,
  APIs, data flows, and microservices.
  
• Participate
  in Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups,
  Backlog Refinement, System Demos, ART Sync, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
  
• Perform
  User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain business sign-off before production
  releases.
  
• Develop
  release plans and monitor product delivery against business objectives.
  
• Drive
  digital customer engagement and omnichannel experiences that improve customer
  acquisition, retention, and conversion.
  
• Use
  customer insights, analytics, and business data to continuously improve
  products and customer journeys.
  
• Produce
  regular product reporting, progress updates, and stakeholder communications.
  
• Act
  as a subject matter expert while mentoring and coaching Product Owners and
  promoting Agile best practices across teams.
  

Requirements

Minimum
Requirements

• Degree
  in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or a related
  field.
  
• Certified
  Product Owner and/or SAFe Product Owner certification.
  
• Minimum
  6 years' experience as a Senior or Lead Product Owner within an Agile delivery
  environment.
  
• Proven
  experience delivering large-scale, complex digital products from concept
  through implementation.
  
• Strong
  experience translating business strategy into product roadmaps, user stories,
  and successful product releases.
  
• Experience
  working with cross-functional teams including Business, UX/UI, Development,
  Architecture, and QA.
  
• Solid
  understanding of Agile frameworks, Scrum, SAFe, backlog management, and product
  lifecycle management.
  
• Strong
  knowledge of customer experience (CX), digital commerce, and omnichannel
  product development.
  
• Experience
  working with analytics, data-driven decision-making, and customer insights.
  
• Understanding
  of APIs, system integrations, data models, microservices, and solution
  architecture.
  
• Knowledge
  of data privacy and regulatory compliance.
