Location: Port Elizabeth (On-site)

Position: Full-Time | In-Office

Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission (On-Target Earnings of R40,000)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and securing high-quality leads

• Conduct prospecting with business owners and senior decision-makers

• Manage the lead nurturing process and book consultations with our expert business coaches

• Represent a trusted international brand with a proven track record of empowering SMEs

• Collaborate with a supportive, performance-driven team that celebrates results

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, SDR, or business development roles

• Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills

• A natural relationship-builder with confidence and credibility

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently

• An understanding of the mindset of entrepreneurs, ability to quickly grasp their challenges, and tailor your approach to build genuine trust and rapport
