Senior Sales Rep

Red Ember
is looking for a Senior Sales Consultant with strong knowledge or experience
within the shooting, hunting, outdoor sporting, firearms, or reloading
industry. The
successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong
customer relationships, and providing expert product advice to customers. We
are looking for someone who understands the specialist nature of this industry
and can confidently guide customers in selecting the right products based on
their individual needs.

Requirements

• Drive sales and achieve monthly and
  annual sales targets.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships
  with new and existing customers.
  
• Provide knowledgeable and professional
  product advice.
  
• Understand customer requirements and
  recommend appropriate products and solutions.
  
• Handle customer enquiries across
  in-store, telephone, email and online channels.
  
• Prepare quotations, process orders and
  follow up on sales opportunities.
  
• Maintain strong knowledge of shooting,
  hunting, outdoor sporting, firearms, ammunition, reloading and related
  products.
  
• Assist customers with product selection
  and provide technical guidance where required.
  
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and
  prospective customers.
  
• Provide excellent after-sales service and
  resolve customer queries.
  
• Maintain accurate customer and sales
  records.
  
• Work closely with the team to ensure a
  seamless customer experience.
  
• Remain up to date with new products,
  brands, and developments within the industry.
  

Requirements

• Grade 12.
  
• 3–5+ years of proven sales experience.
  
• Knowledge or experience within the
  shooting, hunting, outdoor sporting, firearms, or reloading industry is
  highly advantageous.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales
  targets.
  
• Strong product knowledge and the ability
  to understand and explain technical products.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and
  interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong customer service and
  relationship-building abilities.
  
• Computer literate with experience using
  POS, CRM, or ERP systems.
  
• Confident, professional, and customer-focused.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as
  within a team.
