Senior Sales Representative (Agriculture)

·         Facilitating
the movement of cultivars through the evaluation and development of a business
strategy for each cultivar.

·         Expedite the
movement of new cultivars through, quarantine & citrus improvement scheme
for Disease Free certification.

·         Manage
processes of evaluation to determine value potential.

·         Develop and
implement sales strategies to meet business objectives in the citrus cultivar
market.

·         Identify new
market opportunities and customer segments for the company's citrus products.

·         Create sales
forecasts, budgets, and ensure sales targets are achieved.

·         Monitor
market trends, competitor activity, and consumer demand in the citrus market.

·         Conduct
regular market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for
growth.

·         Manage the
process of IP protection of cultivars that show probable value.

·         Develop,
implement and co -ordinate a sales management strategy for each cultivar.

Requirements

·         Grade
12

·         Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing,
Agriculture, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

·         Minimum of 5 -7 years in sales, with a
preference for experience in the agriculture, horticulture, or citrus industry.

·         In -depth knowledge of citrus cultivation,

·         Ability to travel regularly,

·         Proficient in MS Office

·         Valid drivers license,
