Job Description - Senior Siebel Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Siebel Developer with hands-on expertise in Siebel Open UI to join a dynamic digital transformation team. If you're passionate about customer experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to take ownership of innovative CRM solutions, this is your opportunity to shine!

As a key contributor, you'll be instrumental in developing, customizing, and optimizing Siebel applications, particularly within the Open UI framework, to deliver high-impact solutions for mission-critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Siebel Open UI components, using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for seamless user experiences.
Customize Siebel application functionalities using Siebel Tools and scripting (eScript, browser scripts).
Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Participate in the entire SDLC, from requirements analysis to deployment and post-launch support.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of Siebel CRM applications.
Create and maintain technical documentation, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Support Siebel integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs or other middleware platforms.
Stay up to date with Oracle Siebel releases and contribute to architectural improvements and scalability planning.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Siebel Open UI development.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and web standards.
Strong working knowledge of Siebel Tools, workflows, and configuration.
Experience with Siebel Scripting – browser script, server script, eScript.
Familiarity with Siebel Data Model, Business Components, and Integration Objects.
Understanding of Siebel EAI and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
Exposure to Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
