Are you an experienced Software Developer with a strong passion for Generative AI and modern cloud technologies?

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join a dynamic Gen AI Squad focused on designing, developing and deploying innovative AI-powered solutions that enhance business operations and customer experiences.

The successful candidate will combine strong Python and software engineering expertise with hands-on Generative AI experience, particularly across AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience building agentic AI solutions and intelligent automation will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable software solutions and applications
• Lead the development and implementation of Generative AI solutions within enterprise environments
• Build and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and related technologies
• Develop and implement agentic AI solutions, autonomous workflows and intelligent automation capabilities
• Design, build and manage cloud-native solutions across AWS and GCP
• Integrate AI services and APIs into enterprise applications
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Data Engineers and Business Stakeholders
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and engineering teams
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance and reliability standards
• Participate in architectural design discussions and contribute to technology strategy
• Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, engineering best practices and adoption of emerging technologies
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective resolutions
• Ensure solutions are delivered in line with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 7+ years' experience in software development
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale software solutions
• Demonstrated experience delivering Generative AI solutions in production environments
• Strong experience working with both Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience designing and implementing AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience building Agentic AI solutions, AI agents, orchestration frameworks or autonomous workflows
• Experience working within Agile development environments
• Telecommunications industry experience will be highly advantageous

Technical Skills

Essential

• Advanced proficiency in Python
• Strong software engineering and application development expertise
• Experience with Generative AI frameworks and technologies
• Experience integrating AI services and APIs
• Cloud-native development experience across AWS and GCP
• RESTful API development and integration
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Version control using Git

Advantageous

• Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and AI model deployment
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to data engineering and machine learning pipelines
• Experience with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
