Senior Specialist: Branded Retail Incentives

Provide senior leadership , other internal and external stakeholders with reports, as well as interpret and analyse management information. Provide a range of reports to ensure that agreed SLA's and performance are measured and monitored on an on-going basis. Ensure that all relevant internal stakeholders are aligned toward common business objectives. Matric / Grade 12 (Essential) and Relevant 3-year Degree/National Diploma in Business Management /Operations/Commerce essential and A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience essential in: Experience preferably in Telecoms industry experience in consumer /retail business operations areas A collaborative team player - concerned with the team success as well as individual performance. Proficiency in presenting and communicating Persuading and influencing Report analysis and writing Critical thinking and resolution management skills Multiple stakeholder co-ordination Conflict management and resolution Excellent organisational & time management skills Proven ability to work under pressure and to achieve tight deadlines.
