If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nRole purpose: The Senior Specialist: Internal Communication and Engagement is responsible for the management of employee communications processes from development through to distribution using a range of channels to ensure ease of access, clarity, consistency, and transparency across the MAST. Additionally, this role will manage the end-to-end execution of all internal events, campaigns, and team-building initiatives within MAST, including overseeing service providers and agencies from project scoping to execution to ensure employee engagement, building connections with the MAST cultures and values, and ensuring seamless communication of strategic prioritisation and change initiatives across MAST. \n\n## Who you are\n\nKey accountabilities and decision ownership : \n\u2022 Define and drive an effective Internal Communication and Engagement strategy \n\u2022 Develop, plan and deliver communication campaigns supporting the objectives if the business. \n\u2022 Facilitate the development and delivery of the communication plan, communications calendar and relevant content and key message, tying together key business priorities and initiatives. \n\u2022 Facilitate the development and delivery of the engagement plan (i.e events, team buildings, internal campaigns, CSI events) calendar and manage budget requirements per business priorities and initiatives. \n\u2022 Align with Brand, PR and Social Media on stories affecting the internal audience \n\u2022 Work with and manage third parties/agencies in the creation and delivery of campaigns and projects including financial management. \n\u2022 Oversee and execute Event Planning activities that support the strategic goals of MAST\u2019s Culture and Engagement initiatives. \n\u2022 Collaborate and provide support in planning events and coordinating communication for key HR strategic projects in alignment with the HR team\u2019s engagement calendar.\n\nCore competencies, knowledge and experience : \n\u2022 Strong knowledge and understanding of communication best practice, industry trends and channel strategies \n\u2022 Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships \n\u2022 Creative thinker and proactive, solution-oriented mindset. \n\u2022 Experience in partnering with HR and other functions to align Internal Comms with employee experience strategies, change management initiatives, and company culture goals \n\u2022 Strong project management/events management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously\n\nMust have technical / professional qualifications: \n\u2022 Degree or Diploma in Communication or equivalent. \n\u2022 5-8 years\u2019 experience in internal communication, engagement and events management \n\u2022 Preferable experience working with an HR Team with strong alignment to in-house Marketing\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
