Applying expertise to research, designing innovative technical solutions, analyse/solve problems, testing of new concepts and trials. Dynamic, flexible and assertive. Pro-active, takes the lead, decisiveness and action-orientated. Co-ordinate / lead / delegate in technical projects. Guiding and enabling junior team members with new technologies, processes and best practices. Must be prepared to work long hours when required.
