Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Quantitative Analyst to join our RB Modelling Data & Implementation team. In this role, you will take an active role in deployment of credit risk models and reporting processes, as well as provide expert analytical support and guidance to stakeholders involved in developing and using credit models and reporting. You will help drive efficient, automated data and process practices, and play a key role in delivering robust, automated, data driven deployment, execution, and reporting solutions in a dynamic, stakeholder-focused environment.

Job Description

• Provide data and implementation support through the credit model development lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, usability, compliance, and alignment with internal policies and industry best practices, taking ownership of the implementation function.
• Develop, implement and manage updates to regulatory and impairment reporting processes, applying sound change‑risk principles and driving efficient, automated data and process solutions.
• Follow required governance processes during implementations and maintain the related documentary artefacts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to design, develop and implement end-to-end solutions that meet risk, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Support model performance monitoring, conduct ad‑hoc analyses, resolve queries, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and regulatory submissions.

Bachelor Honours Degree: Information Technology, Master's Degree: BMI - Business Management and Informatics
