Senior Transfer Pricing Manager

We're looking for a skilled and experienced (strong background) Senior Transfer Pricing Manager to join our international team, working from our office in Cape Town or Stellenbosch, being part of a bright team of qualified accountants and tax advisors (in South Africa and The Netherlands). As a Senior Transfer Pricing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the compliance with transfer pricing regulations and optimizing intercompany transactions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and manage transfer pricing strategies that align with business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Tax, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus as is an ADIT with a transfer pricing focus;

• 7+ years of experience in transfer pricing, ideally in a multinational corporation or consulting firm;

• Strong knowledge of international transfer pricing regulations and guidelines, including OECD guidelines;

• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills;

• Proficiency in using transfer pricing software and tools;

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex transfer pricing concepts to non-experts;

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously;

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
