The Opportunity
An established recruitment business operating within the US healthcare market is seeking
a senior, delivery -focused recruiter to join their team.
This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter with a background in executive search or
search -led contingent recruitment, who enjoys working on complex, senior -level
assignments and engaging passive candidates in highly competitive markets.
The position offers strong long -term progression, with the opportunity to play a key role in
developing and leading a specialist delivery function.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery
â Deliver senior -level US healthcare recruitment assignments
â Execute structured, research -led search strategies
â Identify, engage, and qualify passive candidates via outbound methods (calling,
email, messaging)
â Manage searches with limited and highly specialised candidate pools
â Maintain a high standard of candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Recruitment Model
â Operate within a 180 recruitment model
â Delivery -focused role with no business development or account management
responsibilities
Progression & Leadership
â Initially operate as a hands -on senior recruiter
â Progress into mentoring and supporting delivery consultants
â Contribute to the development of a pod -based delivery structure as the team grows
Candidate Requirements
Experience
â 5+ years’ recruitment experience within US healthcare
â Background in executive search, retained search, or search -led contingent
recruitment
â Proven experience managing slow -cycle, senior -level searches
â Strong outbound recruitment capability (not reliant on job adverts or inbound
applications)

â Highly articulate, professional communicator
â Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
â Excellent computer literacy and confidence using recruitment systems and sourcing
tools
â Commercially aware and detail -oriented
â Comfortable working US hours on a long -term basis
â Able to work remotely, with flexibility to work from an office environment in future
