Job Description - SEO Specialist

SEO Specialist Position - Join Our Growing Team

We are on the lookout for a talented and motivated SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. This full -time position offers an excellent opportunity to manage and execute SEO strategies for multiple websites in both English and Polish.

Key Responsibilities:

ï· SEO Strategy Execution: You’ll be leading the charge on both on -page and off -page SEO for multiple client websites, ensuring top -notch optimisation and visibility.

ï· Backlinking: Crafting and implementing effective backlinking strategies to improve each website's authority score and search engine ranking.

ï· Reporting: Managing comprehensive reporting for clients, providing insights and recommendations to continuously enhance their SEO performance.

ï· Technical SEO: Auditing websites to identify areas of improvement and executing technical optimisations.

ï· Content Creation: Crafting engaging, SEO -friendly blog content in English and Polish to support content marketing efforts.

ï· Analytics: Using Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor performance, spot trends, and make data -driven decisions.

ï· Tool Expertise: Leveraging SEMrush to conduct thorough competitor analysis, keyword research, and much more.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

ï· Proficient in on -page and off -page SEO techniques.

ï· Experienced in backlinking and building authority scores.

ï· Capable of producing and optimising content for blogs in English and Polish.

ï· Skilled in using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

ï· Expertise in SEMrush or similar SEO tools.

ï· Strong ability in reporting and presenting data in a clear, actionable manner.
