Service Manager - KZN

As Service Manager, you’ll report directly to the Operations
Director and be responsible for:

• Leading
  and mentoring the technical service team
  
• Driving
  service excellence, performance management, and team development
  
• Overseeing
  project execution from dispatch to customer satisfaction
  
• Developing
  service procedures and applying best practices
  
• Managing
  customer relationships and resolving technical queries
  
• Coordinating
  budgets, business plans, and cost analysis
  
• Contributing
  to strategic planning and growth initiatives
  

Requirements

• Trade-tested in Diesel, Auto-Electrical, Forklift, or related discipline
  
• Matric
  + 3-year tertiary qualification (Business qualification is an
  advantage)
  
• Strong
  experience in material handling equipment servicing
  
• Proven
  track record at senior management level
  
• Ability
  to balance strategic oversight with operational involvement
  
• Hands-on
  leadership with a knack for motivating teams and achieving results
