Setter - Injection Moulding

• Assisting
  in achieving production efficiency
  
• Assisting in ensuring that raw material
  wastage levels are maintained below 1.5% of material used
  
• Setting machines according to the best
  practices
  
• Conducting mould and material trails as
  required
  
• Reporting and assisting with machine and
  mould maintenance requirements
  
• Ensuring that machinery and moulds are
  effectively maintained, serviced and stored 
  
• Ensuring top quality products are produced
  
• Practicing a high standard of housekeeping
  and safety
  
• Attending to call outs on breakdowns
  

Requirements

• Grade
  12
  
• Technical certificate in injection moulding
  would be advantageous
  
• At least 5 years work experience in injection
  moulding / blow moulding setting
  
• Mechanical aptitude
  
• Good communication skills
