An established and growing home décor brand is seeking an experienced Showroom Consultant to join their stylish showroom team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a passion for interiors and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain showroom presentation and standards to ensure an exceptional client experience
Coordinate deliveries and manage stock of samples, cuttings, and display items
Provide professional advice and product knowledge to customers in the showroom
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and repeat business
Support the internal sales team with showroom-related tasks and operational needs
What We’re Looking For
National Senior Certificate (essential)
A qualification in Interior Decorating or a related field is highly advantageous
At least 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably within an interior décor or related environment
Experience managing the operational aspects of a shop or showroom is an advantage
Own reliable transport and ability to travel when required
Skills and Attributes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Sales-driven mindset with exceptional customer service skills
Professional, well-presented, and business-savvy
Creative flair with an interest in interiors and design
Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
