Site Fitter & Supervisor

• Supervise
  the installation and fitting of aluminium products manufactured for
  installation, shopfront doors, windows, stack doors etc
  
• Installation
  could include removal of any existing products and preparation for fitting
  of new products
  
• Following
  fitting schedules and drawings issued by the client/manager
  
• Alterations
  of any products on site which require so
  
• Enforcing
  with the team and adhering to all safety protocol whilst working on
  site. 
  
• Maintenance
  of any products needed on site
  
• Ensure
  all work is carried out in accordance with the required company standard
  and quality checks
  
• Monitor
  and maintain the quality of work performed by the fitting team
  
• Ensure
  compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
  

Requirements

• Minimum
  of 5 years of experience as a Site Fitter or in a similar role
  
• Previous
  experience in a supervisory or leadership position
  
• Valid
  driver's license and reliable transportation
  
• Ability
  to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
