Conduct customer visits to drive innovation, support ACM by preparing samples, and respond to technical inquiries from customers. Manage the procurement of raw materials required for applications in the Sweet Goods lab. Administrative Management: Oversee various internal administrative systems and tasks related to project briefs, maintaining accurate daily records of laboratory activities and results. Perform stability tests and assess application stability in accordance with established protocols. Effectively manage and supervise students, delegating tasks to ensure efficient workflow and development. Proficient understanding of process flows for various sweet goods food applications.
