We are currently hiring a Social Media & Content Specialist to support a fast-growing beauty brand. This role combines social media management, visual design, and digital marketing support, making it ideal for someone who is both creatively driven and highly organized.

About the Role

The Social Media & Content Specialist will be responsible for managing brand social media channels, producing high-quality visual content, and supporting marketing initiatives across e-commerce and digital advertising.

This role requires a strong design eye, an understanding of social media engagement, and the ability to produce content that aligns with brand storytelling and product launches. You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand presentation across multiple digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, comfortable managing social platforms while also designing marketing assets and supporting campaign execution.

Content Creation and Social Media Management

• Manage brand social media strategy and presence across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn where relevant
• Develop and maintain social media content calendars aligned with campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling
• Write engaging captions and social media copy aligned with the brand voice
• Monitor engagement including comments and messages to support community interaction
• Track social media performance and adjust content strategy to improve engagement and reach
  

Creative Design and Visual Content Production

• Design social media graphics and marketing assets for campaigns and brand initiatives
• Create visual content supporting product launches and promotional campaigns
• Edit photography and imagery using Lightroom and Adobe Creative Suite
• Prepare and format visual assets for social media, website use, and digital marketing campaigns
• Maintain consistent brand presentation across all Wigmaker brands
  

Email Marketing Support

• Assist with email campaign creation within Klaviyo
• Design visual layouts and graphics for email marketing campaigns
• Support automated email flows such as welcome series and abandoned cart sequences
  

E-commerce Marketing Support

• Assist with Shopify product launches and promotional campaigns
• Prepare creative assets used for e-commerce marketing initiatives
  

Digital Advertising Support

• Assist with creative assets used in paid digital advertising campaigns
• Support basic campaign monitoring and reporting where required
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience managing brand social media platforms
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience editing images using Lightroom
• Strong visual design and layout skills
• Familiarity with Klaviyo email marketing platform
• Basic understanding of Shopify e-commerce platforms
• Understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing performance metrics
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
