Responsibilities

• Shadow and support a UK-based social media guru on campaigns and content creation
• Assist in brainstorming, filming, and editing content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Learn audience engagement techniques and how to build a loyal following
• Stay on top of trends, sounds, memes, and platform updates
• Practice growing your own online presence using what you’ve learned
• Take part in social media planning, strategy sessions, and performance reviews

Qualifications and Experience

• No formal work experience required – just a strong interest in social media
• Must have active social media accounts (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
• Comfortable filming yourself and being on camera
• Basic editing skills (e.g. using CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar tools) are a plus
• Strong internet connection and access to a smartphone or laptop
