What You’ll Do
As our Social Media Manager, you will be at the heart of building and nurturing our online communities. Your role will include:
Community Management
Daily monitoring of all social pages.
Responding to and engaging with our community quickly, warmly, and professionally.
Escalating complaints to Customer Care and ensuring full resolution.
Assisting with social content scheduling.
Social Media Management
Supporting the creation of engaging posts and exciting competitions.
Delivering monthly reporting, insights, and performance tracking.
Bringing conceptual thinking to every touchpoint because great content builds great communities.
Social Media Post Design
Conceptualising and designing thumb-stopping social media posts in line with brand CI.
Creating digital layouts and creative adaptations for various platforms.
Supporting campaign development through strong, fresh creative work.
Team Collaboration & Innovation
Working closely with the full marketing team.
Suggesting new features, content ideas, promotions, and competitions that grow brand awareness.
Staying ahead of emerging trends, tools, and technologies.
Providing after-hours or weekend community support when needed.
Matric
3+ years’ experience in Community Management or Social Media Management.
Excellent writing and copy-driving ability
Exceptional communication and writing skills.
Strong multitasking abilities across multiple pages and platforms.
A future-focused mindset trend-aware and innovation-driven.
A genuine passion for digital and social media.
A strong customer-service orientation.
The ability to work independently while contributing meaningfully to a team.
