Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the company's social media platforms.
  


• Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
  


• Drive community engagement through active monitoring and response management.
  


• Ensure all content aligns with brand strategy and platform best practices.
  


• Monitor social media performance and report on key KPIs.
  


• Identify trends and opportunities to improve content performance.
  


• Support internal teams with social media guidance, training and content.
  


• Manage YouTube content and assist with video content strategy.
  


• Source and leverage user-generated content.
  


• Assist with influencer campaigns and collaborate with digital marketing teams.
  


• Maintain accurate tagging, hashtags, links and tracking standards.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience managing multiple social media platforms.
  


• Experience scheduling and publishing content using social media management tools.
  


• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance optimisation.
  


• Experience reporting on social media KPIs.
  


• Excellent copywriting, editing and written communication skills.
  


• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  


• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.
  


• Proactive, collaborative and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  


• Experience within the travel, hospitality or luxury sector will be highly advantageous.
