Software Engineer

Are you a visionary team player with a passion for creating and improving business processes? We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our dynamic Team at KFC Rohloff Group. To Drive our franchise group's growth and success through innovation and leveraging the Microsoft 365 applications stack. You will be responsible for the organization’s Microsoft 365 tenant applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Copilot and use these technologies to improve business processes and the operational functioning of the business

• Manage and configure SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design custom solutions using Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Digitize and implement business processes from manual, paper-based methods, including data integration, custom forms, workflows, and reports.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain departmental sites, templates, lists, and libraries.
• Create and manage automation workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

• Bachelor’s Degree/Technical training in IT

• Relevant Power Platform certification(s)
• 3+ years in a similar role
• 3+ years administering SharePoint Online
• SharePoint/Teams certification (MCITP/MCSE)
• JavaScript programming experience
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, SQL Server
• Valid South African ID
• No criminal record
• Advanced SharePoint and Power Platform development

• Microsoft Forms, Plum sail Forms, JotForm, PowerApps
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS, .NET, SharePoint PnP, JSON, OData
• REST API HTTP Methods
• 3+ years building solutions with SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform
• Business systems analysis
• Workflow mapping (BPM)
• SharePoint customization (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON)
• Custom forms creation (Microsoft Forms, Plum sail Forms, JotForm, PowerApps)
• Complex workflows using Power Automate
