What you will be doing:

Nurture existing customer relationships while supporting sales teams with new accounts.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers.
Engage with customer decision -makers and architects to clearly communicate the value your organisation brings.
Showcase how the software meets customer needs, leading consulting engagements to highlight the value -added.
Stay involved in customer projects, ensuring their long -term success and satisfaction.

What you need:

Strong SDLC and complex software background (coding experience preferred) with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Customer and delivery -focused.
Comfortable discussing technical topics with developers and interacting at the C -level.
Ability to gain deep knowledge of client software and its application in data processing.
Strong academic background is valued.
Knowledge and experience in databases and development languages / environments.
Experience in a sales or pre -sales role with strong commercial awareness is essential.
