Sourcing Consultant

Job Description:

The primary requirement for this position will be to effectively source and identify qualified candidates, with a strong focus on candidates with a disability, to fulfill various job or learnership vacancies for client companies. It will have a strong focus on utilizing various channels and strategies to build a strong pipeline of potential candidates and maintain a comprehensive database for current and future needs.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Experience:

2 -3 Years recruitment experience, that involves candidate sourcing and screening, candidate engagement.
University, school or learning institution networking experience (advantageous).

Minimum Qualification:

Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
