Job Description - Sous Chef

The Role: We are seeking a talented and disciplined Sous Chef to serve as the "quarterback" of our kitchen. You will report directly to the Executive Chef, overseeing daily back -of -house operations to ensure every plate meets our rigorous standards for quality and presentation.

Requirements

Culinary Mastery: Advanced proficiency in diverse cooking techniques, knife skills, and plating aesthetics.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage, schedule, and mentor a kitchen brigade while maintaining a positive work culture.
Financial Literacy: Basic understanding of menu costing, inventory management, and labor cost control.
Technology: Proficiency with modern kitchen management software, point -of -sale (POS) systems, and digital inventory tracking.
