Spa Hostess

We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, and professional Spa Hostess to be the face of our luxury day spa, situated in Krugersdorp . As the Spa Hostess, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed, relaxed, and taken care of during their time at our spa. You will be responsible for greeting and guiding guests between treatments, providing assistance, and ensuring a seamless, luxurious experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and professional introduction to the spa experience.
  
• Escort guests to treatment rooms and guide them through the spa facilities.
  
• Answer any guest queries regarding treatments, services, or products with knowledge and enthusiasm.
  
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating treatment times, ensuring smooth transitions between services.
  
• Ensure guests' comfort by offering beverages, arranging robes, towels, and other amenities.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the spa's lounge and reception areas.
  
• Collaborate with spa therapists and management to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
  
• Maintain an approachable and helpful attitude throughout the guest experience.
  
• Monitor and ensure that the spa’s ambiance, including lighting and music, aligns with the desired relaxation atmosphere.
  
• Assist with other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the spa.
