What You'll Need

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Diploma in aesthetics advantageous
• 2–3 years' experience in spa reception/administration preferred
• Experience with spa reservation systems 
• Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• MS Office proficient
• Excellent multitasking, organisational and time-management skills
• Sound product knowledge with a flair for sales
• Fluent in English
• Able to work independently and under pressure

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist guests, both walk-in and by appointment
• Manage the spa reservations diary, calls and emails
• Process bookings, payments and vouchers
• Advise guests on spa services, products and promotions
• Cross-sell and upsell treatments and retail products
• Maintain client records and communicate updates to therapists
• Handle online orders, courier coordination and pre-payment follow-ups
• Keep the reception area and product displays clean, fresh and welcoming
• Order reception and retail supplies as needed
• Gather and relay guest feedback

The ideal candidate will deliver a warm, professional welcome to guests, manage bookings and enquiries, process payments, and support day-to-day front-of-house operations while promoting spa treatments and products.
