As a Spanish Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, designing personalised, high-end travel itineraries across Africa.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• You will be crafting journeys that leave people changed in a way that will make them feel as if they’ve left a part of themselves in Africa.
• Share expert knowledge of African destinations and luxury properties
• Manage bookings, payments, and supplier coordination
• Provide excellent support before, during, and after travel
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Spanish (spoken & written)
• 2-5 years’ experience in the tour operator/travel industry
• Proven ability to sell tailor-made travel experiences
• Destination knowledge: Southern & East Africa, Indian Ocean Islands
• Confident communicator with strong client service skills
• Experience with travel systems (e.g. Kaptio, Globetrack, Tourplan)
• Matric/National Senior Certificate

Not essential but advantageous:

• Diploma/Degree in tourism
