Job Description

To provide professional employee benefits consulting services to corporate clients. The role focuses on client servicing, business retention, identifying client financial needs to responsibly upsell and cross-sell employee benefit solutions, ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance, and building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships in line with Liberty Corporate’s value proposition

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: Diploma

Field of Study: Business Commerce



Experience Required

Service Management

Operations

3-4 years

Client relationship experience, resolving client services issues and complaints with demonstrated ability to interact and collaborate across multiple internal stakeholders.



3-4 years

Experience in General client services and / or support capability with proficient technical experience.
