Job Description - Specialist: MIS

Your responsibilities will include: Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency. Provide customer support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness. Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance. Develop, communicate and disseminate MIS capability for customer management and other contact centers within Vodacom and partners we work with.
