This role requires the ability to closely work with various stakeholders, including Vendors, Projects Teams, Supply chain management, health and safety, information and technology and other compliance departments to ensure effective service delivery other aspects include telecommunication site construction and telecommunication site, tower, foundation, energy, etc. modifications in the field including reporting, acceptance, multi-tasking, and problem solving for all technical work established by the company. Ensuring all on site activities are compliant with the best practices in H\u0026S and quality.\n\n## Who you are\n\nKey accountabilities and decision ownership: \n\n\u2022 Initiate and follow through actions required to achieve, improve, or maintain the agreed infrastructure service levels within budget, time and quality. \n\u2022 Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and procurement, to ensure that all contracts align with the organization\u0027s goals and objectives. Develop a reward based commercial agreement that will allow for performance-based remuneration and protect contract profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction and partner retention. \n\u2022 Review and analyse contracts to identify any potential risks or issues and develop strategies to mitigate those risks. \n\u2022 Ensure that monitoring, measurement, reporting and evaluation of the Service Level Agreement KPIs are done to achieve value for money. The KPIs include target TTR, MTTR, MTBF, MTBSI \u0026 agree, maintain, and regularly review the SLAs and OLAs with the external service providers/contractors to ensure effective service delivery. \n\u2022 Ensure that contract details and requirements are communicated timeously to all internal stakeholders as necessary. \n\u2022 Ensuring all committed SLAs with various customers are met.\n\nCore competencies, knowledge, and experience:\n\n\u2022 Proven experience in contract management or a related field \n\u2022 Excellent negotiation and communication skills. \n\u2022 Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously. \n\u2022 In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contract management. \n\u2022 Familiarity with contract management software and tools. \n\u2022 Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\n\nMust have technical / professional qualifications: \n\u2022 Grade 12 is essential. \n\u2022 Relevant Electrical and/or Mechanical and/or Facilities and /or Construction Management - 3 year Degree / Diploma (BSc, B.Tech, S4, N6, T3) (Essential) \n\u2022 3-5 years relevant Experience in network management\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
