Position: Specialist: Pharmacist FMT

Position Purpose:
To ensure the effective use of the relevant healthcare benefit according to the clinical
guidelines. Provide authorisations in line with the relevant clinical guidelines or
protocols. To provide information on the formularies, clinical rules / protocols and
benefits per member to the provider.

Experience: 2 - 3 years relevant clinical experience

Qualifications: BPharm degree essential

-Assess pharmaceutical updates according to procedure and intervene where applicable
-Correctly maintain and update patient profiles
-Ensure treatment plans are technically accurate and communicated with patients and doctors
