Statutory Accountant

Incubeta seeks to appoint a Statutory Accountant as part of its Group Finance team. The successful candidate will take ownership of local audit and accounts preparation and local tax filings for all relevant companies in Incubeta. The role will also assist with the group audit.

They are embarking on their strategy of growth, both organically and via acquisition. Core finance processes are structurally centralised to ensure streamlined and consistent support for our operations - with team members working across several geographical locations.

Key Responsibilities

Statutory reporting

• Preparation of standalone statutory accounts for entities across the group
• Ensures compliance with local GAAP and filing requirements
• Liaison with local finance teams and auditors
• Reconciliation of statutory vs management accounts

Group reporting

• Supporting group audit
• Preparation of Intercompany reconciliations
• Supporting monthly close process

International tax

• Preparation of local tax returns with support from local advisors
• Maintaining internal reports to ensure tax deadlines are met
• Involvement in ad hoc projects in group finance

• Experience of liaising with external auditors
• Attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Knowledge of Planful and Acumatica systems beneficial
• Ability to liaise and co-ordinate deliverables with different finance teams across the world.
