Job description

We are seeking a skilled stock controller to maintain accurate stock control across all warehouse operations, ensuring traceability, correct binning, and documentation compliance. The Stock Controller will operate in collaboration with the Warehouse Supervisor and Manager. The role involves supporting receiving, dispatching, and checking functions, with a primary focus on maintaining stock integrity, ensuring system accuracy, and enforcing warehouse procedures.

Key responsibilities

·         System and Documentation Oversight

·         Accuracy and Control

·         Stock Adjustments and Reallocations

·         Warehouse Coordination

·         Loss Prevention and Quality

·         Reporting and Audit Preparation

·         Collaboration and Mentoring

a.    Matric (Grade 12) required.

b.    Minimum 1–2 years in warehouse or inventory-related roles

c.     Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse documentation strongly preferred

d.    Understanding of warehouse workflow and inventory procedures

e.    Familiarity with GRNs, NCRs, and PODs

f.      Able to read, write, and speak English

g.    Basic Microsoft Excel and ERP navigation

h.    Handheld scanner and stock tracking tool usage
