Store Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage stock levels for a wide range of signage components and production materials
  

• Receive and issue stock accurately, maintaining detailed records
  

• Source and purchase materials as needed, liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
  

• Expedite orders and follow up on deliveries
  

• Work closely with the production team to ensure availability of items required for manufacturing
  

• Keep the store neat, organised and compliant with health and safety standards
  

Requirements

We’re looking for:

• Matric
  
• Around 3 years’ experience in a similar stores or inventory role,
  ideally in a small manufacturing environment
  
• Computer
  literate – confident using Excel and inventory tracking systems
  
• Experience
  with purchasing / expediting will be a strong advantage
  
• Able
  to manage a variety of stock items used in signage manufacturing (e.g.,
  lighting components, acrylics, hardware, paid, aluminum, glass, mirrors)
