Store Support Agent (Contract)

We are looking for a dedicated Store Support Agent who will engage with store staff responsible for e-commerce fulfilment. This role involves receiving escalations and addressing basic queries, which may be related to technology or operations. Your focus will be on providing timely support and ensuring smooth store operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Act as the first point of contact for store staff involved in e-commerce fulfilment.


• Receive and handle escalations regarding fulfilment processes, both tech-related and operational.


• Address basic queries and provide solutions to the Customer Service Team to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.


• Collaborate with Store Fulfillment Coordinators to resolve more complex issues and escalate them as necessary.


• Maintain accurate records of escalations and resolutions to ensure effective communication and follow-up.


• Identify recurring issues and work with relevant departments to implement process improvements.


• Stay updated on the latest fulfilment processes and technologies to provide informed support.


• Assist in training store staff on e-commerce fulfilment procedures and best practices.

This job is for you if you have: 

• 2+ years experience in a support role, ideally within e-commerce or retail operations.


• Reliable transport to travel to the office.


• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with store staff and internal teams.


• Ability to address both technical and operational queries efficiently.


• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.


• Basic understanding of e-commerce fulfilment processes and technologies.


• Adapt to and support additional functions outside core responsibilities as business needs require.


• A collaborative spirit and willingness to work across different departments to achieve common goals.
