Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an organised and detail-focused Stores Administrator to join a luxury private game reserve in the Sabi Sands.

This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional with strong stock control experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day management of the stores department
  


• Receive, check and process deliveries accurately
  


• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory systems
  


• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock ordering
  


• Conduct regular stock takes and investigate discrepancies
  


• Ensure correct storage, rotation and issuing of stock
  


• Maintain organised and clean storerooms
  


• Process invoices, delivery notes and relevant documentation
  


• Assist with cost control and stock reporting
  


• Work closely with various lodge departments regarding stock requirements
  


• Ensure company procedures and controls are consistently followed
  

Requirements

• Previous stores, stock control or administration experience within a luxury hospitality environment would be advantageous
  


• Strong organisational and administrative skills
  


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  


• Good computer literacy and confidence with stock management systems
  


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  


• Professional, reliable and proactive approach
  


• Strong communication skills
  


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
