FUNCTION: STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

DISCPLINE: CIVIL, STRUCTURAL AND ARCHITECTURAL

LOCATION: INDONESIA

PROJECT: KARIMUN YARD PROJECT

DURATION: CONTRACT (RENEWABLE)

SALARY: MARKET RELATED

"Our international client is looking for a STRUCTURAL ENGINEER with Fabrication & Jacket experience to join the client’s KARIMUN YARD PROJECT team based INDONESIA."

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Perform technical tasks assigned by the Project Structural Lead such as structural analyses, calculations, design, verification or study activities.
Interface with other Project Specialists and Designers.
Co-ordinate and review technical activities performed inside or outside Client.
Design structural systems and components, pursuing objectives of sound engineering and design optimization in term of costs, fabrication simplicity, constructability and safety.
Carry out/Check/Supervise structural analyses.
Supervise/Approve steel structures design drawings.
Supervise setting up of bill of quantities or material take off (MTO).

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Accredited Degree / Diploma Engineering qualification / equivalent technical qualification within related field of experience.
Minimum 5-10 years structural fabrication and jacket engineering experience within Oil and Gas Industry.
Relevant Computer packages.
Languages: English
