Support Engineer

• Install and commission machine vision systems at client sites.
  
• Configure sensors, IP cameras, lasers, network switches, LED lighting, and low -voltage power supplies.
  
• Assist with software installation, XML configuration, and ongoing system maintenance.
  
• Provide client training and handovers for first -line support.
  
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployed systems remotely.
  
• Diagnose hardware, software, networking, and data integrity issues.
  
• Resolve OPC communication and sensor -related faults.
  
• Work closely with client IT teams on infrastructure planning and network connectivity.
  
• Develop troubleshooting procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve support efficiency.
  
• Deliver exceptional technical support and build strong customer relationships.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
  
• 2–4 years' hands -on experience in electronics, instrumentation, or field engineering.
  
• Experience with networking infrastructure and hardware troubleshooting.
  
• Strong fault -finding and diagnostic skills.
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
