System Administrator

Requirements

• Relevant IT degree or diploma, or equivalent certifications (MCSA, MCSE, or similar)
• 3–5 years of experience in a systems administration role
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
• Experience with virtualisation platforms (VMware or Hyper-V)
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Knowledge of backup solutions and disaster recovery best practices

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows and/or Linux server environments
• Monitor system performance and respond to incidents proactively
• Manage user accounts, group policies, and Active Directory
• Apply patches, updates, and security configurations
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes

We're seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to manage and optimise our server and systems infrastructure. You'll ensure high availability, security, and performance across our on-premise and cloud environments.
