System Specialist

Design solutions, provide consultancy to business, and manage the operations of computer systems related to UNIX and Windows operating systems, servers, virtualization and cloud technologies.

All you need is...

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in ASP.NET, C#, Angular, Web API, WCF, jQuery, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and practical experience in deploying and managing applications on the cloud.
• Experience with Python and utilizing AI tools for software development.
• Expertise in the full software development lifecycle, having worked on at least one project from start to finish.
• Proficient in using version control tools like Git and understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in designing and implementing secure, highly available, and scalable web applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices is a plus.

What will your job look like?

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using ASP.NET, C#, Angular, Web API, WCF, and jQuery.
• Develop and optimize database systems, primarily using SQL Server and PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and integrate cloud services into applications.
• Utilize AI tools to improve software functionalities, enhance performance, and automate processes.
• Implement cloud architecture best practices, including scalability, security, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
• Lead and guide a team of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Ensure the full project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following coding standards and industry best practices.
• Work on performance optimization, application security, and code reviews.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their applicability to our projects.
