Systems and Automations Specialist

• Deploy Zoho suite products in a role-based environment.
  

• Add user signatures in Desk and CRM.
  

• Manage company role organograms and permissions across the Zoho suite.
  

• Set up new Zoho suite products as needed.
  

• Create, update, and deprecate integrations between Zoho suite, Quicket systems, and third-party platforms.
  

• Maintain CRM and Desk hygiene, including deduplication, data merging, and record upkeep.
  

• Remove deprecated fields, scripts, modules, and automations.
  

• Build workflow automations, blueprints, and custom modules within the Zoho ecosystem.
  

• Collaborate with management and the Product & Engineering teams to plan and implement strategic builds.
  

• Build reports within Zoho Analytics and specific Zoho products as required.
  

• Document deployment procedures, modules, integrations, automations, and system upkeep.
  

• Stay updated on new feature releases within the Zoho suite and advise on tools that can benefit the company.
  

Requirements

• Relevant degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  

• 2+ years of experience in workflows and systems administration.
  

• Experience with workflow automation and integrations.
  

• Ability to plan, build, and maintain automations and integrations.
  

• Experience working with the Zoho suite and Deluge is beneficial.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  

• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
  

• Ability to document processes effectively.
  

• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
