Job Description - Talent & Culture Business Partner

We are looking for a dedicated Talent & Culture Partner to join our dynamic team. This is an execution-focused role, responsible for managing key Talent Management and HR operational tasks. You will work closely with business leaders and employees to ensure efficient recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes, creating a positive employee experience.


 


Key Responsibilities


 


Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:



  • Manage proactive talent pipeline development by identifying and engaging with potential candidates for future roles.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, universities, and talent networks to create a diverse and sustainable talent pool.

  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging digital platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.

  • Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers.

  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Ensure contracts, IDs, and payroll documentation are collected and processed accurately.

  • Organize assets and starter packs for new employees.


Performance & Employee Development:



  • Administer and support performance review processes, including bi-annual and annual evaluations.

  • Assist in identifying high-potential employees and support talent pipeline development.

  • Facilitate learning and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.


Employee Engagement & HR Support:



  • Organize team celebrations, events, and engagement initiatives.

  • Assist in rolling out culture and engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment.


HR Systems & Process Management:



  • Ensure HR systems are maintained and updated with employee data.

  • Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


 


What We’re Looking For



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • 1+ years of experience in talent management, recruitment, or HR operations.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience using HRIS and recruitment tools is a plus.
