Team Leader, Branch

To ensure the effective functioning of a Point/s of Representation (POR/s) including operational aspects (e.g., security, cash, etc.) and sales and service matters in line with client experience and laid down requirements. (Applicable where UB Designate, Cash Consultant I and CLO are present).

• National Diploma (NQF6 FAIS recognized qualification)

Experience Required:

• 3–4 years’ frontline banking experience in a retail branch environment, with proven ability to meet both sales and service objectives.
• Strong understanding of banking procedures, including cash handling, compliance, and customer transaction processes.
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership, including recruitment, performance management, and team development.
• Exposure to branch operations and risk controls, with cross-functional collaboration across departments such as Private Banking, Risk, and OSS; candidates without FAIS experience must operate under supervision.
