Key Output

•Compile accurate machine analysis and report on all technical issues

• Identified compile informative technical report on all systems (TA report),

• Reports are given to Supervisor to action, normally discussed with CSR to obtain incremental business.

• The report depending on customer availability get to discussed with customer on site by the analyst.

• Always maintain a professional image and ensure safe work practices are followed

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

•• Qualified in relevant trade (e.g. Diesel Mechanic / Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic) NQF 3
• Machine specific technical knowledge and skills
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic technical report writing
• Basic business and financial understanding
• Some Computer Literacy (SIS, STW & ET) knowledge
• problem-solving skills
• Applicable product knowledge
• Drivers licence – Code B
• Understanding of supplier warranty systems, policies & procedures
