Technical leadership & architecture alignment
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through collaboration, guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure alignment with architectural standards in collaboration with software architects.
• Guide solution design to meet functional, performance, and system integration requirements.
• Enforce coding standards, reviews, and overall codebase quality.
• Ensure solutions meet usability, reliability, performance, and security expectations.
• Drive adoption of engineering practices that support throughput, efficiency, and scalability.

Solution quality & implementation oversight
• Ensure solutions are fully aligned to agreed requirements and user objectives.
• Establish and enforce testing standards and delivery quality benchmarks.
• Ensure solutions are thoroughly tested and production-ready before deployment.
• Promote maintainable, extensible development practices to reduce defects.
• Ensure appropriate documentation is provided to enable effective support.
• Introduce mechanisms for proactive fault detection and reporting.

Delivery optimisation & continuous improvement
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance and delivery outcomes.
• Anticipate and proactively manage technical risks, dependencies, and challenges.
• Take ownership of complex problem resolution, including critical production issues.

•    A minimum of 7 years’ experience within a development environment.
•    Proficiency in architectural design principles and fundamental concepts.
•    Demonstrated mentoring/leadership skills.
•    Detailed knowledge of the SDLC and management of software projects.
•    Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
•    Strong attention to detail.
•    5-7 years SQL/ database Experience.
•    Preferably, Experience in document stores such as Couchbase would be advantageous.
•    Preferably, Experience in Message Brokers such as RabbitMQ / Kafka would be advantageous.
•    5-7 years C# experience.
•    5-7 years .NET Core experience.
•    5-7 years of restful API experience.
