THE MISSION: THE INFRASTRUCTURE COMMANDER

This is a hands-on role for a Force Multiplier who thrives on technical engineering and team supervision. As the Technical Sales Operations Manager, you are the guardian of the technology infrastructure and the engine behind our efficiency.  You will empower a team of 150–200 agents by ensuring zero downtime and optimizing the systems that drive our success.  You don’t just monitor systems; you own the results.
