Job Description - Technical Sales Representative

Our international client specialising in designing and manufacturing technologies, and systems for industrial automation is seeking an Industrial Sales Representation to join their team in Paarl.

Our client is looking for a motivated person to join the sales department and
support the development of their South African branch in Paarl.

The successful
candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening
relationships with both existing and potential customers within the
agro -industrial market.

The role includes regular visits to customer facilities
to understand operational needs, collect technical information, and support the
development of customized solutions and commercial proposals.

The candidate
will follow each project through all its phases, from initial assessment to the
commissioning and start -up of the processing line.

Requirements

Preferable
experience in the fruit & vegetable sector, agro -processing, and/or
industrial machinery.
Strong
technical aptitude and familiarity with industrial or agricultural
processes (a technical degree is a plus).
Willingness
and flexibility to travel across the region.
Excellent
communication skills, written and verbal.
High
levels of clarity, transparency, and professionalism.
Strong
listening, interpersonal abilities, and customer -focused mindset.
Proven
problem -solving skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
